The annual Hike For Hospice raised more than $12,000 on Sunday.
Participants, who gathered in the warm afternoon sunshine at Townsend Park, walked or ran either a two-kilometre or five-kilometre route. Money raised from the event will help provide programs that support individuals and families during the dying and grieving process.
