Clad in a white bunny suit, Joe Krajnyak, principal at Promontory Heights elementary, dropped dozens of well-protected and well-wrapped raw eggs from a scissor lift in the school's gym during their annual Easter Egg Drop challenge last Thursday.
The students had to build their own device to protect a single raw egg when dropped from about two storeys.
The competition was voluntary and open to the entire school. Some of egg contraptions included parachutes, propellors, popcorn, padded envelopes, cotton balls and melted marshmallows.
