A course for couples called Building Healthy Relationships is being offered through the Ann Davis Transition Society.
The course is 12 weeks long, and will be led by two trained professionals, Katrina Milani and Ben Garrett. Couples will learn and practise listening, speaking and conflict resolutions skills through three distinct curriculum. They will be held on Tuesday nights from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., from Sept. 15 to Nov. 10.
The cost is $20 per couple, and there is room for four couples in person, and five couples online. All spots are first-come, first-served. The in-person group will meet at Ann Davis Transition Society at 9046 Young Rd. All couples will receive a welcome package with two journals, and a $50 gift card for Superstore when the program is successfully completed.
