Above, Bonnie Xie and Ragini Dhawan, both Grade 9 students from Chilliwack middle, construct a bridge out of spaghetti during the junior Skills Canada regional spaghetti bridge competition at Chilliwack secondary on Wednesday.
The objective was to build the lightest bridge possible (with certain dimensions), entirely out of spaghetti and hot glue, which could support a 1kg weigh for 60 seconds.
The two were working with fellow schoolmate Mairin Gourlie (not pictured).
