Many star athletes are superstitious and religiously follow a pre-game plan ahead of competition. It might involve dietary needs or a special way to put on their equipment. But what about getting pumped up before competing in their favourite sport?

We spoke to a few BC Summer Games athletes who shared their favourite song to listen to when getting into the zone:
