The University of the Fraser Valley men’s basketball team has added a fourth player to the 2012 recruiting class, inking Tamanawis high school grad Manny Dulay. The Surrey native averaged 18 points, six rebounds, nine assists and three steals per game in his senior season.
The six-foot-three point guard was one of five recipients of a $2,000 scholarship at the 2012 BC provincial basketball championships.
