The Fraser Valley Dragonboat Club’s Crusaders competed in their first 2012 regatta in Deep Cove last weekend, scoring silver in the mixed B division.
The Crusaders posted a best time of 52 seconds.
They clocked 54, 54 and 56 seconds in three other races to announce their return to the competitive divisions.
The Crusaders are still looking for men to learn the sport of dragonboating and join the team.
