Chilliwack Minor Fastpitch is looking towards next year, opening up online registration for the 2014 season.

The Chilliwack Minor Fastpitch Association has opened registration for the 2014 season at, with an early registration discount of $25 available from now until Jan. 15.

Anyone wishing to give the sport a try is invited to free skills clinics, taking place all winter.

For kids born 1996-2001, practices start now and run Thursdays, from 6:45 to 8:45 p.m. at the Chilliwack Ag-Rec Centre. For kids born 2002-2008, practices start Jan. 8, running from 6:15 to 8 p.m. at Vedder middle school.

Drop-ins are encouraged for both groups.
