The peewee Chilliwack Warriors are champions.

The all-female amateur hockey team beat the Richmond Ravens in a shootout for a 4-3 win Saturday afternoon at Sardis Sports Complex.

They are one of only two all-girls teams in the Chilliwack Minor Hockey Association.

The other team, the atom Chilliwack Warriors, also made it to their division’s championship game, but lost at home Saturday to the Sunshine Coast Blues 6-3 at the Chilliwack Coliseum.
