McLellan lasts two rounds at Canadian Junior Championship

Chilliwack's Connor McLellan struggled to a two-round 158 at the Canadian Junior Golf Championship in Garson, Ontario.

Chilliwack’s Connor McLellan missed the cut at the Canadian Junior Boys Championship, bowing out at the mid-point of the four round event.

McLellen shot a seven-over-par 79 in round one, with double bogies on the eighth and ninth holes.

He shot another 79 in round two, with a birdie on 18 and double bogies on the second, eighth and ninth holes.

The tournament was played July 30 to Aug. 2 at the Timberwolf Golf Course in Garson, Ontario.
