Junior tour reaches midpoint

The third leg of the B.C. Golf Zone 3 Junior Spring Tour was played at Ledgeview Golf Course this past Sunday.

The course was in great shape and the weather was nice for the 66 golfers who teed off. Kevin Ko of Swan-E-Set shot a very impressive 66 to win the tournament.

Andy Yang from Swan-E-Set finished second, shooting an even par 70 while Brendan Waldock from Surrey shot a 71 to finish third.  Connor McLellan and Steven Scurr, both from the Chilliwack Golf and Country Club, shot strong 79’s to finish tied for 21st. Scott Gibson, also from Chilliwack, finished tied for 27th,  shooting 82.

The fourth round runs at Meadow Gardens May 8.
