The Chilliwack secondary school girls basketball program will host the final sports event in the old airplane hangar known as the JY Halcrow Gymnasium.
As CSS prepares to re-locate from the old building to the new, girls’ basketball tryouts will be held in the gym June 3, 4, 10 and 11.
Running from 4 to 6 p.m, the event will be open to all middle and secondary school girls who intend to play at CSS next year.
Prospects are expected to attend at least two of the evenings, and will have the distinction of being participants in the event that will answer a trivia question of the future.
