Chilliwack’s wheelchair basketball star hits the road

Chilliwack’s Ben Hagkull is in Kamloops this weekend for the 2018 BC-Canadian Wheelchair Basketball League (CWBL) Provincial Wheelchair Basketball Championship.

Hagkull will play for the Langley Thunder in a six-team tourney, opening Saturday morning at 8:45 a.m. versus the Tacoma Titans.

The following weekend, the teenager will be joining the BC Royals in Saskatchewan, competing in the CWBL Junior Nationals.
