The Chilliwack Track and Field Club may have no future if new coaches can’t be found.
“The current batch, including me, have been at this for a long time now and are just getting tired,” said CTFC coach Roberta Smith. “Ron (Wichmann) has coached for over 30 years, while Howard (Brandt) and I are at the 20 or so year mark.
“Without some new blood we might be folding the club.”
Smith said they will happily mentor anyone who is interested in coaching.

The CTFC started as the Chilliwack Y Track Club in 1985.
