Chilliwack’s Connor O’Dell and Mathew Lamb tied for 20th at last weekend’s Vancouver Golf Tour Spring Championship.

The 2UNDR tournament brought some of B.C.’s top amateurs to Surrey’s Northview Golf and Country Club Saturday and Sunday.

The lone locals in the field of 23, O’Dell and Lamb represented the Chilliwack Golf Club and teed off in the championship bracket.

O’Dell fired an 11-over-par 83 in the opening round while Lamb carded an 84.

O’Dell opened the second round with a birdie on two, but struggled from there, posting a 14-over-par 86. Lamb opened the second round with a birdie on one, but ended the day with a 13-over-par 85.

Both men finished 25 strokes off the pace set by tourney winner Mike Aizawa (Richmond Country Club).
