Cascade women crush outmatched Timberwolves

The University of the Fraser Valley women's soccer team set a single game scoring record in a romp over UNBC Prince George.

Chilliwack natives Danika Snook and Donna Pinning each had goals as the University of the Fraser Valley women’s soccer squad routed the UNBC Prince George Timberwolves 7-0 last weekend.

Striker Carly Neeson (Maple Ridge) had two goals in the record-setting win. Sunayna Samra (Langley), Shelby Beck (Langley) and Tristan Corneil (Surrey) also scored.

Goalkeepers Chantelle Biagioni (Pitt Meadows) and Kayla Klim (Burnaby) shared the shutout.
