Brad Clapp just isn't liking Alberta.
For the second week in a row the Chilliwack native missed the cut on the McKenzie Tour.
First it was the Oil Country Championship in Edmonton, and last weekend Clapp was bounced after two rounds of the ATB Financial Classic in Calgary.
The tournament was played at the Country Hills Golf Club and Clapp opened with a shaky one-over-par 73.
Clapp balanced an eagle on seven with a double bogey on three and was otherwise completely average, carding par on 15 of 18 holes.
Round two saw him birdie three holes, bogey two and finish with a one under par 71.
His two day total of 144 was two strokes off the cut line.
Clapp's once-promising season has taken a steady dive since late June, when he placed eighth at the Dakota Dunes open in Saskatoon.
Since then he's tied for 42nd at the Players Cup in Winnipeg, tied for 68th at the Staal Foundation Open in Thunder Bay, ON and missed two cuts.
Clapp's next chance to right the ship comes Aug. 18-21 at the National Capital Open to Support our Troops, a tournament that will be played at the Hylands Golf Club in Ottawa, ON.
