We need an area for special needs kids to bike in – a safe environment where they don’t have to worry about vehicles. The sidewalks can be very difficult for them and very dangerous. All the noises can be very frightening and discouraging for them.
By building an area for them to go in will build up confidence and a sense of belonging. Both the child and the family wont have to worry about getting hurt.
