I would like to address the low-life thief that stole the Halloween inflatable dragon from our yard the night before Halloween. It was a lovely piece and had more sentimental value than you will ever know.
For 14 years we have, every year, entertained over 400 trick and treaters, handed out full-size chocolate bars and other treats, and before COVID, coffee and cookies for the moms and dads. These people have loved the yard and appreciated all the time and effort that was put into it and in one act of disrespect and self-serving egotism you have brought it to an end and given us one more reason to flee Chilliwack for a safer haven!
You should be proud, you are the ultimate example of disregard for anyone else's rights and are "the one that spoiled it for everyone else." You have led to another "dark house" that tiny tots will have to walk by on Halloween. Sorry Chilliwack, but after the theft of our reindeer at Christmas we are done.
To the low-life thief, you don't have to believe in karma for it to happen: "Duck and cover."
