I picked up my copy of The Progress this afternoon and I very much appreciated your column. You have put complex behavioural styles into something easier to understand and interpret.
As a 76-year-old, recently retired from travelling the world consulting with the world’s finest companies, I’ve been blindsided by what we’ve been experiencing over the past few months.
You have articulated the situation clearly, in few words, and helped me relax a little more.
