I think this is a very dangerous statement and position to take.
As a construction company that builds schools/community centres and hospitals, we will likely be on the front lines should this pandemic grow wings like it did in China. A hospital was built in 10 days by construction.
We constantly monitor government sites and get updates from the Vancouver Regional Construction Association as to new safety and protocols.
Imagine how hard it would be to mobilize teams from the quarantine list versus ready to go. We stand at the ready to serve our industry and fellow British Columbians. In the meantime we will continue building community.
