The environment is getting to be more important to all of us. Car emissions especially have a lot to do with our environment. And I do think Chilliwack is lagging behind in many areas. One of my concerns is why Chilliwack has not did something about the train crossing on Young Road. Everyday traffic builds up and most cars sit there idling, while the train makes many back and forth trips shunting cars and keeping everyone waiting. We built an overpass on Yale Road. Why can’t Chilliwack do the same on Young Road, or a tunnel? It would help the environment so much.
