I know there is concern for the homeless right now but in this really cold weather let’s not forgot about our furry and feathered friends outside.Make sure your pet has shelter. Throw some straw in a dog house. Straw does not get wet like a blanket will. Or bring your pet indoors.Because now we have a lot of frozen ponds and no seeds the wild birds are also suffering in this weather. Maybe throw some bird seed outside in clear area or in a bird feeder or if possible chop a small hole in that pond .Sandra Denisuk
