Zelda Barbara JANZ

January 9, 2003

It is with heavy hearts, we honour the passing of my wife, and our mom and grandmother, Zelda Barbara Janz who passed away to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on the 9th day of January of 2003 at Chilliwack Hospital.

She leaves to mourn her husband of 48 years, Larry; her sons, Jimmy (Cindy), and David (Irene); daughter Ella (Kirt); and grandchildren who she loved so dearly, Peter, Jennifer, Tracy, Amber, and Anna.

Zelda was born in Toronto, Ont. the 7th day of January 1929. She was a very special person, she inspired all who knew her, she had the gift of determination to achieve all her goals. She loved to play bingo, and travelled numerous times across the Canadian Prairies (she knew every town and city).

Dearest wife and mom, we will never stop loving you and missing you, for you will always be in our hearts forever, thank you for all you have done for us! You have been one of the greatest gifts life has given us. You are truly amazing in all aspects of life. Your zest for life has taught us to live life to its fullest. We celebrate her life and cherish the happy times we shared.

We would like to give thanks to all that took care of her at Chilliwack Hospital, and with home care at her residence.

Funeral services were held at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave., Chilliwack on the 13th day of January, 2003 at 10:30 a.m.
