William James (Jim) KELLETT

William passed away at the Chilliwack General Hospital on July 13, 2007, age 75. He was born in Victoria, British Columbia on October 20, 1931.

Bill was a proud member of the Canadian Armed Forces for 21 years. He served in Korea for 1 year and Germany for 6 years. He enjoyed camping, family, square dancing, and cruising. A member of the O.A.P.A. #173, Sardis, and member of the F.S.N.A.

Bill is survived by his loving family, wife, Joan, daughters Kathryn (David) of Grand Prairie, Alta., Karen Kellett of Chilliwack, son, Kenneth (Lorie) Kellett of Agassiz, grandchildren, Kevin Cope, Dale Cope, Dyanna Cope, and Felicia Cope all from Victoria, James Mason, and Steven Kellett of Chilliwack, Jason Kellett, Aimee Kellett and Christopher Kellett of Agassiz, 3 great grandchildren, Alexander Younger of Nanaimo, William Mason and Keira Mason of Chilliwack, brothers, Raymond Kellett of Victoria, BC, Harold Kellett of Three Bridges W. Sussex, UK, and sister, Janice Kellett of Cobble Hill, BC.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Old Age Pensioner Association #173, Sardis, or the Crohn’s and Colitis of Canada Foundation.

Service of Remembrance will be held Friday, July 20, 2007 at 7:00 pm in the Chapel at Henderson’s Funeral Home. Rev. Kevin Pentland officiating.
