William (Bill) Leonard HALL

March 14, 2007

Left us on March 14, 2007

He was born October 10, 1923 in Chilliwack, BC. and lived there all his life. He joined the R.C.A.F. at the age of 17, after which he returned to Chilliwack to resume his life working for Fraser Vally Milk Producers, The T. Easton Co., and finally for BC Telephone until retirement.

Bill loved all sports, he as an ardent fisherman, also served as president of the Chilliwack Fish & Game Club for three years. He curled for many years before moving onto golf. While a member of the Kinsmen club of Chilliwack, he made many friends and wonderful memories.

Bill will be truly missed by his loving family. His wife, Marie, his two sons Greg (Bonnie) Hall, and Ross (Janet) Hall, one daughter Traci (Jim) Perkins. His very special grandchildren, Saul Milne Hall, Stuart Hall, Michelle Neilson and Nicole Perkins. Also two sisters, Doreen (Des) Hazelton and Edith hall and his good buddy “George”.

“The tide recedes, but leaves behind bright sea shells on the sand,

The sun goes down but gentle warmth still lingers on the land,

The music stops, and yet it echoes on in sweet refrain,

For everything that passes, something beautiful remains.”

— Good-bye my love.

Instead of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to the Cascade Lodge or a charity of your choice.

A celebration of Bill’s life will be held from 2-4 PM on Saturday, March 31, 2007 at the Chilliwack Curling Club. Please join us.
