William "Bill" Dyble

October 15, 1941 - February 11, 2019
The Lord's call for Bill came February 11, 2019, where his spirit obediently responded. He was surrounded by the love of his family as he made his way on his final journey home. Bill lived a full and abundant life as a faithful servant of the Lord. He is predeceased by his parents Jim and Kay Dyble, his brother Chris (Joyce) Dyble.

Bill was born in Chilliwack BC on October 15, 1941, where he lived the majority of his life. He married in 1962 to wife Viola and they enjoyed 57 years of marriage. Bill's job with BC Hydro moved the family to Hope in 1966, where they raised their 2 children Arlene and Wayne, they re-located back to Chilliwack in 1991, where they built their 5th home. Bill retired from BC Hydro in 2000 this made way for many hobbies and passions. Golfing, camping and playing cards, just to name a few but none compared to spending time with his family. Bill and Vi enjoyed spending summers golfing and camping and one of the many highlights of their adventures was their Alaskan cruise. Bill was an active member of the Sardis Fellowship Baptist Church. It was not uncommon that their social calendar was always full, with friends and family.

Bill will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Vi, two children Arlene (Al) Warris, Wayne (Geraldine) Dyble and five grandchildren; Larissa (Clint) Peters, Jessica Dyble, Shelby, Riley and Zachary Warris and great grandsons Jackson and William Peters. His sister Mary (Jim) Bannerman, brother Allan (Nell) Dyble, nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, friends and his golfing partners.

A memorial service will be held March 2nd @ 1 pm, at Sardis Fellowship Baptist Church 45187 Wells Road. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Red Cross or the BC Cancer Agency.
