Allin; William, "Bill" Alfred. 1942 ~ 2014. Bill passed away on July 6, 2014 after a lengthy battle with cancer. He is survived by his partner of 20 years Penny, sons Darcy and Kelly, daughter Holly, grandsons Joel and Christopher, and granddaughter Nicole. He is also survived by his brothers, Bruce and Norman and sister, Mabel all of Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Bill moved his family from Saskatchewan to Chilliwack in 1972 to get away from the long Saskatchewan winters. He worked as a technician for the BCAI Centre for many years before starting up his own business, Fraser Valley Breeders. He enjoyed gardening in his spare time and was always proud to show off his prized Dahlias. As per his wishes, Bill will be cremated and his ashes placed in the earth alongside his parents in Saltcoats, Saskatchewan. A celebration of life will be held in Saltcoats.
