March 10, 1927 - April 13, 2021
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of William (A) McLellan. He went to be with Jesus peacefully, with his family at his bedside, on April 13, 2021.
He will be loving remembered by his wife of 67 years, Eileen; son Scot (Kathy), and daughter Holly; grandchildren Adrienne (Boyd), Carissa (Jason), Noelle, and Aaron; great-grandchildren Summer, Nixon, Brando, Dane, Elias, Caleb, and Katelyn, all of whom he loved dearly.
Bill was born in Edmonton on March 10, 1927. His career in financial management took him and Eileen to various locations throughout B.C.
Feeling the need to be closer to family, they moved to Chilliwack in 2008.
He is survived by his brother Bob (Mona), many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
Bill will be greatly missed by all who knew him and leaves a legacy of love and kindness.
His favourite Bible verse was Romans 8:28: And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
