It is with great sadness that we announce the passed of Lou at the Cascade Hospice on May 14, 2009 after losing his battle with cancer.
He will be missed by his family and many friends. A Special thank you to Shirley Smith for her friendship and devotion to Lou over the years. Also to the Vedder Legion Br. #280 and caring staff at the Cascade Hospice.
A service was held on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Vedder View Gardens Cemetery. The service was followed by a lunch at the Vedder Legion Br. #280.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Lou’s name.
