Wally Guenther passed away at his home in Chilliwack on December 1, 2017, at age 90.
Predeceased by his first wife, Rita (nee Dyck), and his son, Tim.
Survived and deeply missed by his wife, Doreen (nee Barker), with whom he enjoyed a second life, sons Richard (Valerie) and Stan (Patricia), grandchildren Matthew (Malone), Katie (Richard), Sam, and Jesse, numerous nieces and nephews, and his 29 year old horse, Sunny.
Wally was raised in Chilliwack and throughout his life was a positive force with family, friends and the local farming community.
A celebration of Wally's life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 16 at the Atchelitz Farmers Institute Hall in Sardis.
