Vivien Margaret Greentree passed away, following a long struggle with Shy Drager’s Disease, on Monday, March 19, 2007 at age 64 years. She was born March 13, 1943 in London, England.
Vivien is survived by her husband Glen; her son Mike (Erin); sister, Rosemary; numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws and cousins in Canada and the UK. She was predeceased by her son Paul Maggs and her parents Marjorie and Victor Tillett.
The family wishes to thank the staff and doctors in Emergency and Dr. Esmail and the nursing staff on Unit Three for the care and compassion extended to Vivien and her family.
A memorial service will be
held on Monday, March
26th, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. from the Chapel of Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave., Chilliwack, BC.
A memorial donation to a charity of your choice may be made in lieu of flowers.
