Victoriano Jr. (Pat) Tagle late of Chilliwack, passed away October 20, 2002 in Vancouver at the age of 65 years. He was born October 3, 1937 in San Benito, TX.
While serving in the American Military Pat met his Canadian wife. Together they lived and worked all over the world. Retiring from the U.S. Air Force after 21 years of service he then moved his family to Canada. Pat worked at St. Mary’s Church and school shortly after arriving in Chilliwack, eventually opening up his own antique business. Pat loved Chilliwack, thinking it was one of the most beautiful places in the world. He had many friends and lived to help others, even when in failing health.
Prayers were held at St. Mary’s R.C. Church on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2002 at 6 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s R.C. Church on Friday, Oct. 25, 2002 at 10 a.m. Fr. Gary Gordon Celebrant.
Pat is survived by his wife of 40 years, Gladys; children, Pamela Tagle of Vancouver, and Richard (Tanya) Tagle of Sardis; and grandchildren, Amanda, Megan and Seth.
