Verne MOORE

(nee Evans)

Verne Moore (nee Evans) passed away peacefully, with her family at her side, on May 3rd, 2010 at Chilliwack General Hospital.

Verne is lovingly remembered by her sons Doug (Gerry), and Bernie (Peggy), her daughter Shirley, her grandchildren and their spouses, her great grandchildren, her sisters Juanita, Vickie, and Patzie, sisters and brothers in law Joan, Gail, Colonel, and Lee, along with numerous nephews and nieces.

Verne was predeceased by her husband, Walter Moore, and 2 grandchildren, Kevin and Christine.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. Insanally and to her caring nurses at Chilliwack General Hospital.

In Verne’s honour, there will be a “Celebration of Life” gathering for friends and relatives in the theatre room at The Lynnwood Retirement Home at 9168 Corbould St on May 16th 2010 from 1 till 3 pm.
