Tupper passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on Friday, December 28 at Heritage Village, Chilliwack.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Jean (Jane); daughters, Corrine (Joe) Tiberghien of Port Alice, Dianne Duncan of Adelaide, Australia; sons, Brian of Nanaimo, BC and Allan (Heather) of Hope, BC; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his grandson Thor; parents Ida and Von Arthur; brothers, Arthur and Victor; sister, Evelyn Hall.

Tupper spent 20 years in the R.C.A. F. He was a member of the Air Force Association until he became ill, a member of the Chilliwack Lions Club for over 25 years, Legion Branch 280 member, and FSMA member.

Before moving to Chilliwack in 1971 he was a Boy Scout leader for many years in Germany and Trenton, Ontario. He visited many countries with his wife and family while in Europe and after reaching the age of 52 and did a lot of traveling with his wife.

No funeral by request. If desired donations in his name may be made to the Vancouver Children’s hospital.
