It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas Harold Reed on August 30th at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary.
Tom was a devoted Husband, Father and Grandfather who will be remembered for his extraordinary work ethic and love of his family. Tom is survived by his wife of 48 years, Penny, sons Andrew (Terri) and Chris (Kim), grandchildren Matt, Braden, Ben and August, sister Gail (Tom) Schmidt, mother in law Sylvia Anderson, as well as numerous brothers and sisters in-law, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Mayvis, father John, and brothers Craig and Dennis.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Sundre Legion in Tom's memory would be greatly appreciated. There will be a memorial service held in Prince George on Sept 29th from 1-3 pm at the Northwood Plaza Banquet Hall. There will be a second memorial service held on Oct 6th in Chilliwack at the Sure Stay Best Western Hotel from 1-3 pm.
