Thomas Beckett, late of Chilliwack, B.C. passed away November 29, 2006 at the age of 85. He was born April 8, 1921 in Glasgow, Scotland.
Thomas was a Veteran of WWII.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at the Chapel of Henderson’s Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. Rev. Michael Hare officiating.
Cremation, Henderson’s Funeral Home and Crematorium.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Dorothy; seven children: son Allan (Karen) Roberts of Chilliwack; daughter Victoria of Chilliwack; son Glynn (Alvina) Roberts of Lethbridge; daughter Beverley (Armand) Lalonde of Kelowna; daughter Susan (Don) Whitticker of Williamsburg, Ont.; daughter Linda (Rob) Harrison of Edmonton and son Bill Roberts of Vancouver. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters Bette and Nan.
When the curtains of night are pinned back by the stars.
