1929 - 2016
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sue Bourdon, at age 87. Sue will be missed and forever remembered by her family and many friends.
Sue is survived by her two sons; Brian and Bill who were at her side as she peacefully slipped away.
Sue leaves behind her beloved sister Mary and two wonderful brothers Johnny and Dave, brother-in-laws Bob and Lawrence, daughter-in-laws Gail and Gayleen.
Sue had many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. Sue was predeceased by her husband George, her youngest son Larry and her only daughter Margaret, granddaughter Tammy, sister Katherine, brother Ike and other cherished family members. Sue was admired for her strength and stood up for what she believed in. Her gentler side shone through her powerful hugs and through her generous volunteer groups. Sue enjoyed playing games and would never say no to a road trip. On July 9, 2016 Sue made her final journey, Rest In Peace Susie.
A Celebration of Sue's Life is planned for Thursday, July 28th, 2016, at The Salvation Army Church, located at 46420 Brooks Street, Chilliwack at 2:00pm.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to The Salvation Army, in Sue Bourdon's memory.
