Maybe you have questions now that PaPa’s gone away
Maybe you just wonder why your Papa could not stay
Maybe when you think of him your heart is very sad
PaPa’s now in heaven so you don’t have to feel so bad
You could think of things you’ve done on bright and sunny days,
You could all remember how you laughed and danced and played.
He is in a Special Place and God is with him there
He’ll give your PaPa wings to fly to almost anywhere
You will not ever see him but you can feel him in your heart,
Because PaPa has loved all you guys right from the start.
If there is a rainy day when you are feeling blue
It’s your PaPa crying because he’s missing you
God will take good care of him on this you can rely
He’ll send Papa out to paint you rainbows in the sky.
He will be forever missed by his wife Lynn, daughters Billie and Sheri, grandchildren Taylor, Keegan, Brody & Logan, his Mother in law Jean Meldrum & family, his very special Aunt Shirley Surgent of Nova Scotia and his brother Wade. Special thanks to all our friends, Dr. Klassen, Dr. Bull, the Nursing staff and volunteers at Chilliwack Cascade Hospice & Lodge. God bless you all.
Memorial service to be held at Salvation Army Church, Jan. 17th, 2008 at 11:00 AM. 46420 Brooks Ave. Chilliwack BC.
