Stella Janicki (nee Friesen)
Our wonderful little Stella left us on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 1:45 am with multiple health challenges to meet her Lord and Saviour. Stella was born in Saskatoon, SK. on May 24, 1954 to John and Margaret Friesen. She had many happy days in Yarrow, BC with her 10 brothers and sisters. She married her sweetheart Dave Janicki on October 23, 1976 and they were married almost 40 years. Stella will also be sadly missed by her son Jamie (Kristina), granddaughters Madelyne and Meredith, daughter Shellie (Dave) and grandsons Brenden and Sean. Stella was a noon hour supervisor at FG Leary Elementary School for 20 yrs. (87-07). She enjoyed the simple life with her 3 dogs and 2 cats and happy visits with her family and grandkids. Stella was a shining star in our family and she will be forever missed. Even though it was hard to say goodbye, we know she entered a world of no pain.
