After a long courageous battle with health, Stan passed away on August 2, 2009 at the age of 78 years. Stan was born at Grace Hospital in Vancouver, B.C.
Stan was predeceased by his parents Andrew and Jane Hornick, and sister Bessie Varga. He is survived by twin brother Andrew (Emily), sister Beatrice Scott, nieces, nephews, and friends.
He will be dearly missed.
