Sonia Peters spread love and compassion through her thoughtful actions and sincere interest in the lives of others.
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Sonia on September 30, 2012 at the Bradley Center in Chilliwack BC. Our family would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for the staff and residents of the Bradley Centre creating a circle of support and loving home for Sonia Peters.
At an early age Sonia was diagnosed with a rare muscle disease called Myasthenia Gravis. Sonia courageously faced the challenges this disease brought in her journey through life and continued to show bravery when she victoriously fought breast cancer.
Sonia is survived by her daughters: Denise and Susan; as well as her grandchildren: Brittany, Christopher, TJ, Chad and Candra; and her great-grandchildren: Sienna, Shaye, Lily, and Bentley.
A service will be held at the Chapel in the Chilliwack Hospital on October 5, 2012 at 12:00 pm. Following the service will be a celebration of life at 46340 Loring Ave.
