It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley Bellemare on October 13th at 7:00 pm at Chilliwack Hospital. She was surrounded by her loved ones and passed away peacefully. She leaves behind her beloved husband Gill Bellemare along with her daughter Elizabeth Henderson, son in-law Brian Henderson, her son and daughter in-law Regent and Kathy Bellemare, daughter Diane and son in-law Namir Sayeg, and her grandchildren Christina, Andrea and Adam. She also leaves behind her sisters Carol Gilfillan, husband Jim Gilfillan, and sister Barbara Landry that she adored deeply, nieces and nephews and all the friends that she made over the years of her long and exciting life. The grateful help of special friends Cal and Wanda Purcell was most appreciated.
She was a woman that had a great spunk and always dressed to impress, and shared her love with everyone she met. Her heart was big and was never afraid to share what she had with everyone she came in contact with. Her presence will truly be missed but never forgotten.
