Russell was born in Vancouver on March 24, 1959 and went home to the Lord on June 2, 2013. He lived the last 14 years in Chilliwack.
Russell touched the hearts of many and will be sadly missed by his sisters Susan Tegtmeier and Cheryle Toebosch and their families along with many friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Central Pentecostal Assembly, 9535 Williams Street North, Chilliwack on Saturday, June 15 at 11:00 am. Reception to follow.
