Rudy Thompson passed away peacefully on April 6, 2005 at Chilliwack General Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 28, 1917 in Hay Lakes Alberta.
Rudy is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jean; three children Bruce (Lena), Ken and Gordon; grandchildren, Dawn, Cheryl, Troy, Michael, Shawna, Cora-Lee, Andres and Christopher; great- grandchildren, Jessie, Brett, Shayna, Skylar, Brennan and Trey.
A viewing for family and friends will be held on Monday, April 11, 2005 between 1-5 pm at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave., Chilliwack. Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at 1:30 pm from the Evangelical Missionary Church, 9310 Williams Street, Chilliwack with Pastor Glenn Fretz officiating.
