Passed away peacefully on March 26, 2018 at Cascade Hospice in Chilliwack, BC at the age of 74.
Ron is lovingly remembered by his wife Karen Butler, children Gary, Adair (Corrina), and Dore (Doug Dicks), brothers, Ken (Donna), David (Co), Terry (Pat), and sister Cherie (Earl Dean), grandchildren, Kathryn, Alexander, Evan, Melanie, Summer and Lacey, nieces, and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife Prema Donna Butler, son Ashby Butler, brother John Butler, and by his parents William and Marjorie Butler. Ron will always be remembered for his sense of humour, love of laughter, zest for cooking and constant adventures travelling. His favorite times were always spent with family and friends, but mostly with his grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday April 14, 2018 at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home.
Memorial Donations may be made in Ron Butler's name to the Chilliwack Hospice Society.
