Rodney Sinclair Sibley was born in New Westminster on February 21, 1921 and passed away at the Chilliwack Hospital on February 3, 2006. He was a civil servant.
Predeceased by his loving wife Alice, he is survived by: his daughter Kathleen (Italo); grandchildren: Roy, Andrew (Donna), and Alice; and three great-grandchildren: Alexandra, Brendan and Ashley; along with many friends. No funeral by request.
