Bob died peacefully in Chilliwack on May 11, 2011 in his 87th year.
He is predeceased by his mother Harriet and father Tom, brothers Ernie, Clint, Gordon and Patrick, and sisters Norma and Vera, and grandchild Shannon.
He is survived by his loving family, wife Constance (Connie), sons Robert (Wendy) and Patrick (Sharon), grandchildren Darryl (Nabeela), Carrie, Bradley and Patricia, great-grandchild Brandon, and many nieces and nephews.
Bob grew up in Calgary and served in the army in the early 40’s where he met and married Connie. They have been married for 65 years and he enjoyed being around family and friends.
Bob requested there be no service, however prayers will be held on Saturday, May 21 at 12:00 p.m. at the Chilliwack Cemetery followed by a reception at 1:00 p.m. at the Canadian Royal Legion Branch No. 4, 9350 Mary Street.
