Robert (Bob) Arthur Cloke passed away suddenly in his home on October 3, 2012.
He said Good-Bye to no one, but left good memories for all. Bob will be missed by his loving wife, best friend and partner Elizabeth (Betty) Deputan; his very special step-daughters: Lynnda (Steve) McNeil, Powell River; Lisa Deputan (Doug Marshall), Chilliwack; Lana Deputan (Steve Rabisi), Chilliwack.
Bob was very proud of each of their four grandchildren: Taylor, Haley, Callie and Cameron. He was looking forward to watching each of them growing up and facing life’s many challenges that lay before them.
Bob was born in Niagara Falls, Ontario on December 25, 1950. Predeceased by his parents William and Margaret Cloke of Burlington, Ontario.
Bob will always be missed and remembered with love by his siblings: John (Dianne), Brian (Barbie), Margy (Bill) Steinhoff, and Bruce. Uncle Bob will be missed by several loving nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Bob was a well respected salesman in the trucking in- dustry for many years with Mack Truck, International and Kenworth Companies.
A Celebration of Bob’s Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Lion’s Club Community Hall at 47130 Hope River Road, Chilliwack.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society or Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
As per Bob’s request: “No need to wear black”. Come as you are. Right on!
