Dick passed away Jan. 20, 2010 leaving to mourn, his twin brother Maurice Zink of Houston Texas; sisters Madeline Barker (Doug) of Sardis, BC; Lenore Lawrence (Bill) of Dawson Creek, BC; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Phyllis Hill (Art) of Chilliwack, BC.
Dick was born and grew up in Sardis. He was a world traveler as a result of his occupation as a cruise ship passenger agent. He made his home in San Francisco, California. Sadly he suffered of complications from Alzheimer’s disease. Our heartfelt thanks go to Dr. Don Hampel of San Francisco for his care and friendship.
